We are looking for a technical helpdesk advisors with fluent German or French
Where? - Barcelona city center close to the beach
What? - its a technical/IT helpdesk position.
- EU citizenship or job permission in Spain
- Fluent German or French
- Advanced English
- Technical/IT/system administrator background is a plus but not essential
- The salary is fixed - 18000€ gross/year. No bonus structure
- After 3d month there's +80e/month in restaurant tickets.
- After 6th month private health insurance is added.
- Continuous training and certifications.
- Long term contract.
- Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 39h/week in rotation shifts, from 6:00 till 20:00
- There are perfect opportunities of professional development (as 2 or 3 tier support, quality specialist, etc)
- Not mentioning sunny Barcelona and office located close to the beach
- (!) Relocation is not supported
