I’m currently involved in the digital transformation in which Zurich is. Our main goal is to humanize the insurance sector while turning towards a more digital world. To accomplish our goal we're working in different projects: -Register / Login Mi Zurich (Private area): To increase the number of users, we're currently designing and developing the new user flow during the register and improving the Private area called Mi Zurich. -Zurich empresas: We are designing an ecosystem of services, to provide a differential value proposition to users. -IoT (Internet of Things): Water floods and blackouts are two of the most reported sinister. Having that in mind, Zurich has developed two devices to let their users know when that happen. Doing so, Zurich became the first insurer to move from just covering the user once the incident has occurred, to preventing them from happening by sending them alerts on the new app Zurich Smart.

Brownie is a clothing brand geared towards dressing every girl who feels young. With this in mind and through extensive research on our users, I led the redesign of the new website from the homepage to the checkout. We also added the new Brownie World section, where customers will be able to better understand their favorite brand.

I taught how to use design thinking as a methodology and how to implement it to improve the user experience

Dashboards, charts, and graphs might be difficult to understand at a glance when the information isn’t displayed properly. By displaying in a better way the KPIs in every Dashboard and creating a design system, we accomplished our main goal, make dashboards easy to read and understand and furthermore, easy to replicate. I led this project as a Senior UX Consultant.

-Leading the complete redesign of the Adecco Spain mobile App Since the first version was released, the registered people per month increased from 40.000 to more than 150.000 in less than a year. And from a valuation of 2.7 to 4.1 and be in the TOP 3 business applications (App Store). -Redesigning the private area (Dashboard) for Adecco users, to optimize the engagement with the platform through a clear user experience and interface -Creation of a Design System for future applications.
